CAMP FACILITIES: Our facilities are always first class. Most of the No.1 Soccer Camps are held on renown college campuses or private schools throughout the United States.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: No. 1 Soccer Camps offers a camp for all levels of players.

1) Youth Academy - Designed for boys and girls ages 6-10. Fun, exciting and engaging activities are all part of the week. We do this with individual and small group activities with the introduction of fun technical exercises and games that are engaging and pertinent for the age group and ability level. With our unique curriculum youth players will be exposed to the proper technique such as shooting, dribbling, 1v1, crossing and much more.

2) Junior Academy - Designed for boys & girls, goalkeepers and field players ages 10-13. The program has been designed to build a foundation that will help the participant’s progress to the next level. This will be accomplished in a fun, entertaining and positive environment. Each session will be progressive in nature and will conclude with a relative small-sided game that will highlight the topic of the session. Competitive tournaments will be played throughout the week, and be the highlight of our evening sessions.

3) Senior Academy - Designed for High School players, including incoming freshmen, who are ready to play and be trained at the next level. . Throughout the week, players will be put in a competitive environment that will bring out their very best. Players will be exposed to the four dimensions of training, Physical, Technical, Tactical and Psychological. In our unique evening competitions, players will have the opportunity to compete against other teams, other players and themselves.

4) College Prep Academy - Our goal is to provide an incredible environment where serious soccer players will be exposed to the highest level of instruction in anticipation of playing at the highest level possible. High Performance Seminars will be led by trusted experts in their field and will include: Sports Nutrition, Soccer Specific Conditioning, ACT/SAT Preparation and Sport Psychology. Goalkeepers and field players will be exposed to an intensive training environment for those who are serious about fulfilling their potential.

5) College Showcase Camps - Now available for the serious soccer player at select No.1 Soccer Camp sites throughout the country. The directors of our College ID Showcase Camps are all currently active college coaches. In addition, the College Showcase ID Camps allow you to be seen by, and to work directly with college coaches and their assistants from programs all over the US. CAMP FACILITIES: Campers stay in university dorm facilities. Educational activities take place on the university campus. There are also field trips to various recreational facilities in the area.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Campers learn about water resources. Field and lab activities focus on aquatic biology and water chemistry. Other activities include swimming, tubing, river rafting, an intro to scuba/snorkeling activity, and fishing. Campers are supervised by university staff and by certified teachers.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Joshua’s Stage is the premiere enrichment program for individuals with a wide range of special needs, featuring after-school programs, camps, workshops, and more including activities in theater arts, arts and crafts, dance, music, photography, and create-a-story. Participants enrolled in programs at Joshua’s Stage have the opportunity to demonstrate their creativity, increase their self-confidence, and build their social skills in a warm and welcoming environment. CAMP PROGRAM INFO: The Youth Adventure Program (YAP) is a series of one week courses designed to encourage career exploration in the fields of interest to gifted and talented students. YAP is held on the College Station campus of Texas A&M University, and courses are taught by university professors and other professionals. During the late afternoon and evening hours, students will participate in social and recreation activities that may include a pool party, a night at the movies, an "Amazing Race" or Picture Scavenger Hunt team activity, and our heralded "Wacky Olympics" competition.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Gymnastics training is a springboard to improved athleticism in all sports. WOGA trained athletes have competed at State, Regional, National levels in gymnastics, diving, figure skating, pole vaulting, golf, soccer and skate/snow boarding.

RECREATIONAL CAMPS: Recreational camps are available from boys and girls 3 years old and up. In addition to outstanding gymnastics training, campers will enjoy tumbling, trampoline, games, arts and crafts and other activities.

Recreational camps are offered all summer and during school breaks that coordinate with the Plano and Frisco school districts in the Fall, Winter, and Spring. PROGRAM: In addition to outstanding gymnastics training, campers will enjoy tumbling, trampoline, games, arts and crafts, and other activities.

COACHES PROFILE: We have friendly, experienced, safety-certified coaches who provide excellent gymnastics instruction.

CAMPER ESSENTIALS: Campers attending “Full Day” are responsible for providing their own lunch. All campers will be provided with a drink and snack daily.

CAMP TIMES and COSTS: A one-time, non-refundable $10 registration fee will be charged per camper. Fee does not apply to currently enrolled students.

Full Day Camp – Ages 4 and older (Age 3 and older, at WOGA Plano), Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. A snack and drink will be provided. Campers should bring a sack lunch. Cost – $200 per week or $45 per day.

CAMP FACILITIES: Our art school is fully stocked with everything needed to be as creative as possible and our fitness offerings include weights, yoga, and outside activity. Our indoor space is 1400 square feet with 2 bathrooms and our outdoor area is 1/2 acre of green space.

Our art school is fully stocked with everything needed to be as creative as possible and our Creative Director, Rachael Maly, has been working with youth for over 20 years in the Arts Department. She is also a licensed Art Therapist. Our Fitness Director, Lola Scarborough, is a 500-HR certified yoga and fitness teacher, and has a strong background in nutrition and physical fitness and life coaching with teens. She is also the owner of The Health Hut (formerly Yoga Lola Studios) which has been in business for 14 years.

Our camps and programs are offered locally throughout over 500 communities. At Skyhawks we go the extra mile to focus on safety, and we have a long-standing proven safety track record and processes to prove it. For example, all Skyhawks Sports camps start and end with our unique safety process called "Gate System and Parking Lot Duty." This process is where coaches come and greet both parents and campers in the parking lot when parents pull up to drop off their children.

Our staff guide the kids onto the field/court and out of harm's way by funneling them into our gate system. Eye contact is maintained from each one of our staff members until the kids make it onto the field/court where they are grouped by age. This efficient process ensures safety. CAMP FACILITIES: Camp Olympia has outstanding facilities, including a swimming pool, challenge course, as well as fields and courts for many activities. While most of the activities take place on a 101-acre location, camp has access to hundreds of additional acres of private land. We improve the facility each year with additions and enhancements so campers are always in for a treat when they return. Additions within the last 5 years include our new climbing wall at our swimming pool, new lakeside Olympiatheater that is perfect for Talent Show, New Cluster of Cabins (our largest cluster of cabins ever!), 2-Person Zip Line at the Challenge Course, a Water Balloon Battle Station at the pool, and Aqua Inflatables for both the pool and waterfront! Camp just keeps getting better and better!!!

While Olympia is located on the breezy shores of Lake Livingston, it does get warm in Texas during the summer. Unlike most of the other camps in Texas, all of the cabins, bathrooms, our dining hall, and many of the enclosed areas are air conditioned. Air conditioned cabins make sleeping at night much more comfortable!

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Camp Olympia has gone above and beyond many private camps to demonstrate our commitment to safety by complying with the accreditation standards of the American Camping Association (ACA). To earn accreditation, we comply with over 200 health, safety, and program quality standards. During our latest accreditation visit, we made a perfect score complying with all 200+ standards.

CAMP LEADERSHIP CIT/LIT PROGRAMS: The Camp Olympia Leadership Program (CLP) is the pinnacle of an Olympia camper’s tenure at camp and a once-in-a-lifetime experience! It is a program for prior Camp Olympia campers who are sixteen years of age by July 1.

The CLP Program offers a unique summer camp adventure as it combines a Camp Olympia experience in Texas with a week-long Colorado adventure, including: leadership training, lifeguard and first aid training and certification, rock-climbing, team ropes course and initiatives, whitewater rafting, and climbing a mountain together as a team. This special camp program focuses on building leaders, fostering teamwork and improving self-confidence.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: In the Fall of 2003, Daryl Gelender and Jill Stolbach, both Dallas residents and former Greenhill private school teachers, dreamed of a place children could learn through an elaborate enrichment program taught by professionals in a summer camp environment. It was from this dream that Camp Kiowa brought its first campers to Texas Woman’s University in Denton during the summer of 2004.

In 2005, Brian and Jennifer Manhart purchased Camp Kiowa in an effort to maintain the high-quality enrichment program already in place, and to incorporate all the benefits of a traditional camp experience. After 2 years of continual growth on the university campus, Brian and Jennifer decided to offer an additional enrichment experience in a more traditional camp environment. The university experience many campers have known as Camp Kiowa evolved into Kiowa U. Many campers, in search of a more traditional style of overnight camp, but looking for the depth only found in an enrichment program, enjoyed the experience known as Adventure Kiowa.

In 2009, The Manhart family purchased the future home of Camp Kiowa(Lone Oak Ranch). They understood the value of joining both Kiowa U and Adventure Kiowa into one experience… Camp Kiowa at Lone Oak Ranch. This program offers the best of both worlds… traditional overnight camp, educational programs, relational activities, fun evening programs and genuine friendships! The Manharts also understood the benefit of living year-round on the property with other team leaders that could focus on quality programming in a very safe environment. The group has been extremely successful with “off-season” events and is now equipped to produce only the best summer camp experience with Camp Kiowa.

CAMP LEADERSHIP CIT/LIT PROGRAMS: Looking for an exciting, resume building, opportunity? Come join Camp Kiowa at Lone Oak Ranch for two weeks this summer!! Students entering their Junior year can apply We have opening the two terms: July 5- July 19 OR July 26- August 9. We are primarily looking for girls, as most (not all) of our male slots have been taken. This is a wonderful opportunity to stretch some wings, discover and be challenge.

Ranch Hands/ Work Crew- This program is designed for campers who are entering their junior year of high school looking for an opportunity to serve, learn, train to be a counselor, and ultimately have the best summer ever. You will be in a cabin with other ranch hands/ work crew your age and gender. You will interact with campers at meal times, evening programs, and some activities. Your primary responsibility will be to serve camp and plan for the day-to-day activities. You will be held to the same high standards as our staff members and asked to have a selfless approach to all projects. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, meal times set up and clean up, evening program set up and tear down, trash runs, activity setup, etc. This position is unpaid. Katerina Romanenko, Ph.D. Assistant Director of Youth and Family Programs

An experienced educator and visual culture historian, Dr. Romanenko specializes in Museum education, art history, American History, and object-based learning in formal and informal environments. She holds a PhD in Art History from the City University of New York and for more than 15 years teaches art history and works in Museum education. She also holds a BA in Education Sciences and has experience in research, development and implementation of educational programs for different age groups.

Alicia Mino, Art Educator, Manager of the School and Community Programs

An accomplished practicing artists and art educator, Alicia Mino received her Master’s in visual communication from the Metropolitan University of Chile, She spent fifteen years in Italy studying art history, oil painting, and sculpture. She presented in numerous art exhibitions and founded the Mates Art and Design Studio, where she taught drawing, oil/acrylic painting, and sculpture fundamentals for ten years. In 2008 Alicia moved to Philadelphia where she continues to exhibit her work and teaches art.

Lindsey Murphy, Art Educator and K-8 Program Coordinator

An art educator with over a decade of experience in the field of education, Lindsey Murphy has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology; concentration in Archaeology from Millersville University, and an Elementary Teaching Certification from Millersville University. She worked as a general education classroom teacher in the Oxford Area School District in Chester County, PA for 8 years, and has worked in PAFA’s education department over the past 11 years creating and implementing numerous museum tours and art making experiences for children and families of all backgrounds, becoming the K-8 Program Coordinator in 2019..

Melissa Hendrixson, Art Educator

Melissa Hendrixson is an artist and art educator who has worked in Museum Education for over five years. She has her Bachelor's of Fine Arts and Studio Certificate from Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts and has gained experience through assisting the coordination and development of various museum programming including family programs, youth art classes, and summer camps. She now works for the School and Community Partnership Program as an art educator where she develops and implements museum tours, school lessons, and community outreach programs to support student learning, parental engagement and visual literacy initiatives.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Our Music Director for the camp will be our Children's Choir Director at Trinity, Anne Marie Harmon. Anne Marie currently is music/fine arts teacher at Moore Elementary School in Arlington and is also an associate director of the Arlington Children's Chorus. We are blessed to have her leading our camp, and we expect great things from the kids as she leads this week.

CAMP LEADERSHIP CIT/LIT PROGRAMS: All Future Investor Clubs of America summer camp instructors are Certified Financial Intelligence Trainers(CFIT) having completed our training programs. In addition to industry experience, our instructors must complete 40 hours of training on how to teach each of our BFIT, AFIT, EFIT, IFIT and LFIT curriculum's.

Future Investor Clubs, Chapters and Centers are eligible to select lead teachers and instructors to attend CFIT training programs. Individuals completing our instructor comprehensive training programs earn the designation of Certified Financial Intelligence Trainer TM (CFIT). CAMP FACILITIES: We have a large computer lab (30+ computers with video game development software), classic gaming consoles like Nintendo 64 and NES as well as new consoles like WiiU, Xbox360, PS3, and a large projector for recreation and game testing!

We also have a lecture room for our guest developers to present to our campers.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Game Worlds was created as a way to use the partnership of technology and creativity in software and game development. We teach skills that help students succeed in their future, including programming, art, design, audio design, business development, and teamwork. Taking a students’ existing interest in games and game development, our program creates an experience that is fun and educational.

CAMP SCHOLARSHIPS OR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE: We offer early registration discounts: $100 off if you sign up between January 1st and March 1st. $50 off if you sign up between March 2nd and May 1st.

OTHER CAMP INFO: Our camp lasts one week, Monday thru Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Each Session is comprised of student teams, working in their own age groups, typically 3-5 students. The team works as a group to create a game around the week’s themes (Underwater Exploration, Mountain Climbing, Fantastic Voyage Into the Body, etc). Each team is led by a Camp Counselor, who is responsible for their team’s work and serves as a mentor and instructor during the course of the week. They work together as a team to bring their idea to life. At Game Worlds, we love teamwork and work hard to make sure every student has the opportunity to participate.

Each day has a different development theme (Programming, Art, Audio, Design, etc), and starts with a presentation from an experienced Developer. We have daily tutorials that explore the different area of development, and lab time where the teams work on their games.

On Friday, the students present their work to a panel of Game Industry professionals! It’s a friendly competition among the teams, so there are prizes and awards given out. Parents are encouraged and welcome at the Presentation! It’s a great opportunity for everyone to see the hard work the students have done.

After the Awards Ceremony there is an optional Pizza Party where students can relax and enjoy the company of their new friends! They’ve earned it, and it’s one of our favorite parts of camp. It runs Friday from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Active Learning Services, Ltd operates enrichment programs designed to stimulate creative thinking, improve thinking, logic and memory skills and give children "thinking alternatives" to sports camps and other summer programs. Our staff is, comprised of the best children's chess instructors in North America! The USA Chess camps are uniquely qualified to cater to the needs of the advanced scholastic player as well as the true beginner.
