CAMP FACILITIES: We have a 6,000 square foot indoor training facility and 1,000 square foot outdoor rig and turf. Our obstacles are full scale ninja training obstacles, along with strength training equipment and parkour equipment.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: In addition to our numerous proprietary obstacles, campers will learn the classics such as the warped wall, salmon ladder, cliff hanger, quad steps, wing nuts, and more!

Camp curriculum covers all aspects of becoming a ninja, including: balance, body awareness, agility, swings & catches, grip, strength, power and more. We also cover topics such as training safety, falling appropriately, and the mental skills of facing fears, creating discipline and meeting new challenges with confidence.

Warrior Playground has provided children’s ninja and movement programming to the Longmont area for the last 8-years.

Our youth-curriculum was developed by American Ninja Warrior athlete and facility owner, Sam Banola, who has 30+ years of experience in the fitness industry. Sam is well-known for his unique, effective and uber-fun methods of teaching ninja skills to kids, and his ingenious, one-of-a-kind obstacle-designs.

Our staff are highly trained athletes and coaches, most of whom have competed on American Ninja Warrior and/or other national ninja and obstacle competitions. Safety is our number-one priority, and in addition to their coaching expertise, our staff are rigorously trained in injury-prevention and youth activity management and safety.

CAMP FACILITIES: Our facilities are always first class. Most of the No.1 Soccer Camps are held on renown college campuses or private schools throughout the United States.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: No. 1 Soccer Camps offers a camp for all levels of players.

1) Youth Academy - Designed for boys and girls ages 6-10. Fun, exciting and engaging activities are all part of the week. We do this with individual and small group activities with the introduction of fun technical exercises and games that are engaging and pertinent for the age group and ability level. With our unique curriculum youth players will be exposed to the proper technique such as shooting, dribbling, 1v1, crossing and much more.

2) Junior Academy - Designed for boys & girls, goalkeepers and field players ages 10-13. The program has been designed to build a foundation that will help the participant’s progress to the next level. This will be accomplished in a fun, entertaining and positive environment. Each session will be progressive in nature and will conclude with a relative small-sided game that will highlight the topic of the session. Competitive tournaments will be played throughout the week, and be the highlight of our evening sessions.

3) Senior Academy - Designed for High School players, including incoming freshmen, who are ready to play and be trained at the next level. . Throughout the week, players will be put in a competitive environment that will bring out their very best. Players will be exposed to the four dimensions of training, Physical, Technical, Tactical and Psychological. In our unique evening competitions, players will have the opportunity to compete against other teams, other players and themselves.

4) College Prep Academy - Our goal is to provide an incredible environment where serious soccer players will be exposed to the highest level of instruction in anticipation of playing at the highest level possible. High Performance Seminars will be led by trusted experts in their field and will include: Sports Nutrition, Soccer Specific Conditioning, ACT/SAT Preparation and Sport Psychology. Goalkeepers and field players will be exposed to an intensive training environment for those who are serious about fulfilling their potential.

5) College Showcase Camps - Now available for the serious soccer player at select No.1 Soccer Camp sites throughout the country. The directors of our College ID Showcase Camps are all currently active college coaches. In addition, the College Showcase ID Camps allow you to be seen by, and to work directly with college coaches and their assistants from programs all over the US. The philosophy of the College Showcase ID Camps is to provide you with a more intimate environment from which to experience what College coaches expect from their players.

CAMP FACILITIES: Southwest-style lodge includes dining hall and lounge. Students are housed in comfortable, accessible cabins, new in 2016! Gates Archaeology Laboratory houses classrooms and education and research labs. Two learning centers, replicas of a 7th-century pithouse and a 12th-century pueblo, bring the past to life.

In Crow Canyon's week-long middle school and high school camps, students work with our archaeologists on a real archaeology project. Students excavate in the field and work with artifacts in the lab. At Skyhawks we go the extra mile to focus on safety, and we have a long-standing proven safety track record and processes to prove it. For example, all Skyhawks Sports camps start and end with our unique safety process called "Gate System and Parking Lot Duty." This process is where coaches come and greet both parents and campers in the parking lot when parents pull up to drop off their children.

Our staff guide the kids onto the field/court and out of harm's way by funneling them into our gate system. CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Camp Shai offers a full-day, traditional day-camp experience for campers entering Kindergarten – 10th grade. Activities at Camp Shai are designed to challenge campers and help them grow in a safe, supportive environment. Each day at camp offers countless opportunities to make friends and memories while having a BLAST!

What is camp without swimming?!? All Camp Shai campers have free swim 3 – 4 times throughout the week. In addition, pre-K - 3rd grade have swimming lessons twice a week with our JCC Swim Safe Academy. During their time in the water, campers will learn proper water safety and swimming skills, including the four competitive strokes using stroke progression and repetition.

For your sporty camper, or campers who want to learn more about a particular sport, there is no better place than Shai Sports. Monday through Thursday, campers receive 2 hours of specialized instruction from vendors such as Snow Valley Basketball, HERO Sports, and our very own JCC Tennis Center. In addition to the professional vendors, Campers will also be supported by Shai Sports counselors. All campers will have the opportunity to practice new skills and master old ones. To accommodate age-appropriate skill development, Shai Sports is offering two age groups: Kindergarten – 1st Graders and 2 – 6th Graders.

CAMP LEADERSHIP CIT/LIT PROGRAMS: The CIT Program is geared toward rising 9th and 10th graders who will gain hands-on professional experience in the camp environment… AND have a blast while they’re doing it! CITs will experience what it is like to be a counselor and practice their skills in camper care, leadership, and group management.

YEAR-ROUND PROGRAMS: Excellent! Drop off your camper at the JCC for a day of fun, Camp Shai style! Together we will either go on a field trip or participate in a special on-site program. In addition, we make art projects, play games, go swimming (make sure to pack a suit!), and more! Each day, we will begin with a camp-style morning circle and icebreakers to get everyone engaged before we start our day of adventure. Make sure to please send your camper with a dairy lunch – we’ll provide healthy snacks. Each day of Camp Shai School’s Out is from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm with options for Sunrise Care (8:00 – 9:00 am) and Sunset Care (4:00 – 6:00 pm).

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Here at Stagebugz, we are dedicated to bringing the joy of theater to kids in an affordable and supportive environment. We believe that every student is a star, and we prioritize individualized attention and a collaborative environment. Moreover, we are dedicated to the vitality of arts education, which is why we are commited to donating a portion of all profits to the non-profit organization Artists Striving to End Poverty (ASTEP).

Stagebugz is a new theater camp run by sisters Aspen and Ashley Somers, both current students at the prestigious University of Southern California's School of Dramatic Arts. Aspen is an experienced actress with over 60 credits ranging from theater to feature films. She became one of the youngest directors to be nominated for a BroadwayWorld Regional Award for her play "Letters" at the age of 16. Other credits include director and executive producer of the web series "Quarantwinned", assistant director of Impulse Theater Company's "Speech and Debate", and intern/assistant stage manager for Rocky Mountain Theater for Kids.

Ashley has performed in many notable works including national commericals and TV movies. Aside from acting, she has directed everyone from first-time theatre kids in the youth program at the Town Hall Arts Center to Broadway stars in the series Quarantwinned. She also has plenty of experience working with kids as a nanny and a tutor, and she helped develop theatre curriculum for children as part of the Homework Helpers program.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Learning objectives and understanding: statements, booleans, iteration, arrays, two-dimensional arrays, classes/objects, and simple 2D graphics, as well as how code can be used to create art. CAMP FACILITIES: Colorado Mountain College in Leadville is one of the original CMC campuses. Started in 1966, Colorado Mountain College began as a community college. It has grown to offer four year degrees at 11 campuses across the Central Rockies of Colorado. The combined distance of all campuses is almost as big as the state of Maryland! Colorado Mountain College in Leadville’s unique degree offerings feature Associate’s degrees in Natural Resource Management, Entrepreneurship, Outdoor Recreation Education/Leadership, and the only Ski Area Operations degree west of the Mississippi.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Coach Brungardt is a mathematics faculty member at the CMC campus in Leadville, CO. As much as he loves his career as a math professor, he loves coaching just as much. In 2012, he earned his Master’s degree in Coaching from Adams State University in Alamosa, CO. Brungardt coaches CMC’s running club in trail and snowshoe races from two miles to 100 miles. He has coached professionally, collegiately, and at the high school level (rugby fitness coordinator, cross country coach, and everything except pole vault and hurdles in track and field). While earning his Bachelor's and Master’s degrees in mathematics from the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley, Coach Brungardt ran Division 1 track for the Bears. He competed in the 5,000 and 10,000 meters, earned three varsity letters, and was an academic athlete all four years. His postcollegiate running career has taken him all over the country competing in trail, road, and snowshoe races.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Youth should plan to be online 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. weekdays, and to work ten additional hours per week on their projects. Most of the scheduled time is for projects but some of it will be for meetings.

Required equipment: A tablet or phone with a front-facing camera. A video camera or DSLR camera will also work.

CAMP FACILITIES: Keystone Science School hastwo dorms, canvas tents, yurt, amphitheater, observatory and a great dining hall. Along with our accommodations we spend the majority of our time out in the White River National Forest.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Keystone Science School Day Camp: Each week of Day Camp has a unique theme whether it’s centered around a scientific concept or adventure activity. These theme-based weeks allow campers to go in-depth within a subject for the entire week. It’s guaranteed that campers will return home exhausted and anxiously awaiting the next day.

Keystone Science School Overnight Summer Camp: Our classic 6-day program includes everything one would hope to have at summer camp: campfires, nature hikes, wilderness camping, tie-dye, songs, skits, summiting mountain peaks, Hot Pink Gorilla sightings, archery and so much more! Your child will return feeling accomplished, tired, and excited to tell you all about it.

Keystone Science School Expeditions: Base camp is set for us to embark on multiple adventure sports like rock climbing, rafting, kayaking, and hiking–depending on the session. Develop leadership and outdoor camping and cooking skills while making new friends and exploring the Rocky Mountains!

CAMP LEADERSHIP CIT/LIT PROGRAMS: Our camp leadership programs offer you the opportunity to serve as a role model, develop as a leader, and make a difference in the lives of others. Assist with activity implementation and group management while developing your leadership skills. You also get the opportunity to participate in exclusive activities with your peers.

CAMP SCHOLARSHIPS OR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE: Our Campership program strives to enable as many children as possible to have a KSS Camp experience by providing assistance to families with demonstrated financial need. In 2019 KSS provided over $24,000 in funding to 41 campers. We have dedicated volunteers known as our campership committee who read all applications and make decisions on the behalf of Keystone Science School. Financial aid is not guaranteed. We do our best to accommodate and take into consideration each applying family.

YEAR-ROUND PROGRAMS: Keystone Science School Girls in STEM Year-round Day & Weekend Programs: We believe in empowering girls by engaging them in hands-on, real-world activities to show STEM is relevant and fun in an ever-changing world. Female STEM professionals support each program and student by giving them guidance to navigate a male-dominated workforce. This program is open to any female student currently enrolled in 3rd-12th grade with a differentiated curriculum for each grade.

OTHER CAMP INFO: The JCC provide an outstanding skill based sports camp experience featuring soccer, baseball, basketball, golf, multi-sports, Nuggets basketball camp and more.
