CAMP LOCATION: We are located about 110 miles west of Dallas on beautiful Possum Kingdom Lake. We have three completely separate camps, one for girls 7-16, and one for boys 7-16. Visit our website for more details and registration information!
CAMP LEADERSHIP CIT/LIT PROGRAMS: We offer a CIT (Counselor in Training) program for 15-16 year olds who are looking to take the next steps to becoming a counselor. This is a three week program, the first two weeks the CITs will spend training and doing activities/team-building games to get them ready for the last week which they spend shadowing current counselors and working directly with younger children at our other two camps!
CAMP SCHOLARSHIPS OR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE: The YMCA is a not for profit organization and we raise money every year to help EVERY FAMILY find a way to send their children to camp. We offer scholarships for our Summer Camp programs, the Scholarship Application is available online.
FAMILY CAMP SESSION(S): We offer year-round Family Camping, whether it be week long holiday rentals, or a weekend you want to spend on the lake, we can customize your stay! Contact us for more information on how to book your stay with us, today!
