CAMP LOCATION: We are located on the beautiful campus of Union College in Schenectady, New York. Including great field space, trails, gardens and more. We have use of the facilities all over campus, but stay in our own private dorm with a separate dining hall. Please visit our website for great photos and information about our program

CAMP FACILITIES: Large private dorm with additional fitness center, dining hall, meeting and office space. Courts and fields for all sports, games and activities- swimming.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Wellspring New York, the most effective weight loss camp for girls and women in the U.S. Designed exclusively for girls and young women from age 11-24, Wellspring New York provides a life-changing summer of weight loss, improved fitness, and the friendship of other young women ready to commit to a lifetime of healthy living.
