BRIEF CAMP DESCRIPTION: St. Olaf Diving Camp is designed for boys and girls ages 13-17 who have been diving competitively in an association or school program for at least one season. The camp’s comprehensive approach utilizes pool time, dry-land and weight training, dry-board practice, video review and classroom sessions to improve all aspects of your diving. Training activities are balanced with recreational activities and are supervised by camp coaches and counselors.
St. Olaf Learn-to-Dive Camp is designed to teach the basics of springboard diving in a fun, supportive, and SAFE environment. Especially, for those interested in joining their local middle or high school teams.
CAMP INSTRUCTIONAL ACTIVITIES OFFERED:

CAMP LOCATION: St. Olaf College is located in historic Northfield, Minnesota, 40 miles south of the Twin Cities metro area. Please visit our website for lots of camp photos and further information.
