BRIEF CAMP DESCRIPTION: Camp will run during the weeks of June 27th-July 1st and August 1st-5th from 8am-3pm. Extended care times are available. The same programming will be held for the June and August camps this summer.
During the week, we will spend time with nature, take part in kid-friendly farming activities, arts & crafts, yoga, and eco-rotations to learn about our earth! On the last day, we will celebrate with making farm fresh pizza in the wood fired oven with Farmer Andy. Campers will also receive a camp t-shirt.
Please note that we are an organic vegetable farm. We do not have farm animals, except friendly farm doggies.
Camp is run by a licensed educator.
CAMP INSTRUCTIONAL ACTIVITIES OFFERED:
Wilderness/Nature, and more. Spend Time With Nature, Take Part In Kid-friendly Farming Activities, Arts & Crafts, Yoga, & Eco-rotations To Learn About Our Earth!
CAMP LOCATION: We are located just southeast of Madison, between Cambridge and Stoughton, WI. Easy to get to from surrounding areas!
CAMP FACILITIES: We have about 15 acres of nature to wander and explore! We are a working organic vegetable farm complete with greenhouses, crops in the field, composting, raised beds and much more. But we also have a lot of natural spaces with wooded trails, grassy fields, and a small pond. We have a natural playground with log balance beams, mound slide, and stumps for hopping. We have a modern barn for indoor gatherings and activities, a commercial kitchen, outdoor wood-fired pizza ovens, and an outdoor stage.

8-8:30: Drop off in the blue barn, get ready for the day
8:30-9:30 Ecostation #1
9:30-10:00 Bathroom & snack break
10:00-11:00 Ecostation #2
11:00-12:00 Lunch & games
12:00-1:00 Art/crafts
1:00-2:00 Yoga, music, stories
2:00-2:30 Farm chores
2:30-3:00 Games & Clean up
Our summer camp is developed and run by a licensed teacher. Guest speakers and leaders may run sessions during camp week- such as local yoga instructor, bee keeper etc. On the last day, we will celebrate with making farm fresh pizza in the wood fired oven with Farmer Andy. Campers will also receive a camp t-shirt.
CAMP SESSION DATES & FEES:
For 2022, Camp will run during the weeks of June 27th-July 1st and August 1st-Aug. 5th from 8am-3pm. Extended care times are available. The same programming will be held for the June and August camps this summer. Camp cost is $250. Please see our website for sign up information.
