CAMP INSTRUCTIONAL ACTIVITIES OFFERED:
Computers, Science, Technology, Academics, and more. Space Science & Rocketry.
CAMP LOCATION: We offer day camps throughout the Denver Metro area: Brighton, Denver (DTC), Golden, Highlands Ranch, Longmont and Parker .
CAMP FACILITIES: Recreation centers and indoor facilities.
CAMP PROGRAM INFO: SpaceTimeKids is celebrating it's 12th Anniversary! For 12 amazing years we've been 'edu-taining' kids with our Space Adventure Camps! Our activity-based programs get kids energized and excited about science through space science activities and adventures.
Thanksgiving Break Day Camps:
Rocket Blast (Golden Community Center) - Rocket Blast is SpaceTime's Best Of rockets and space mission program. It combines the most popular elements of our three other rocket science programs into one hands-on, fun-packed rocket building and launching workshop and includes lots of all new elements for hours of serious rocket craziness.
Full and half day options are available.
Interstellar Adventure (Longmont Recreation) - Come see what it will take for us to really go on the greatest adventure ever-a journey to another star! See how far away they really are, use real lasers to send them a message, build a ship to survive deep-space asteroid impacts, and find out about all the amazing things out there: black holes, pulsars, giant Earth-like planets, and just maybe... aliens!
Full and half day options are available.
Spring Break Day Camps:
Space Chase (Parker PACE Center) - Put on your detective's hat to solve a mystery spanning the whole solar system! Students will piece together clues about a strange comet headed for the sun while learning about the planets, asteroids and moons it passes along the way, and how all those things affect life here on Earth!
Full and half day options are available.
