Dance, Fine Arts/Crafts, Basketball, Soccer, Gymnastics, Horses/Equestrian, Swimming, Tennis, Team Sports, Science, Technology, Academics, and more.
CAMP LOCATION: Located along the shores of scenic Mill River in East Rockaway, N.Y and less than 25 miles from New York City, Rolling River is the only private day camp in the Southwest corner of Nassau that is owned/operated by a local family. The combination of intimate, secure, meticulous grounds, as well as their caring, attentive, and energetic staff, enables campers to reach their potential in a safe and friendly setting.
CAMP FACILITIES: RRDC offers every sports/arts activity imaginable, including Red Cross swim instruction and unique riverside boating.The brand new, fully enclosed junior pool highlights this state-of-the-art facility featuring three heated outdoor pools.
Campers also participate in a variety of other on-site and off-site activities including soccer, basketball, softball, gymnastics, hockey, roller skating, dance, yoga, karate, and tennis, just to name a few.
CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Rolling River offers innovative and age-appropriate summer programs for children ages 3-15. Camp is divided into 4 divisions, each overseen by an experienced Divisional Supervisor. Rolling River’s program adapts to the needs of our campers as they grow up.
Our campus is intimate enough not to overwhelm our littlest campers and our programming is diverse enough to engage the interest of pre-teens and teenagers. RRDC provides many options for program length, off-campus trips and customized payment plans.
RRDC takes pride in real camp traditions that inspire creativity and spirit. Exciting events such as Carnival, Hip Hop Night, Fall Festival and Holiday Camps connect families with RRDC and reinforce the value of camp year-round.

CAMP SESSION DATES & FEES:
Rolling River’s summer camp program runs for 38 days from July through late August. All campers have the option to attend RRDC for a straight 4 or 8 weeks, any 4 weeks or any 29 days.
The full day program is offered from 9:00am-4:00pm and includes door-to-door bus transportation, daily hot lunch and snacks, 2 swims including instructional swim, towel service, supervised activities, special events, trips and more.
Working parents have the option to drop off as early as 7:30am and pick up as late as 6:00pm.
Our youngest campers may also choose to shorten the day through a half day 9:00am-1:00pm program or 3/4 day day 9:00am-2:15pm or 10:45am-4:00pm program.
