Dubbed the "Horse Craziest Camp," we offer unparalleled equine activities that far surpass those of typical sleepaway camps. Your child will spend their days fully immersed in the world of horses, from riding to bonding, in a safe and educational environment. Tailored for both beginners and advanced riders, our camp focuses exclusively on horse-centric adventures, fostering confidence, discipline, and respect. CAMP LOCATION: Pony Gang Equestrian Services is a small family owned and operated Riding Academy that is located on Pony Gang Farm near Columbia SC . Our Equestrian Camp features 28 wonderful horses and ponies, and a shy of 30 acres country farm setting and our outstanding family orientated equestrian facility.

CAMP FACILITIES: Our facility is amazing. We love sharing our idyllic location in the wonderful country side of Richland County in South Carolina with our campers. Kids that come to our Camps often can't wait to return in the next summer.
Pony Gang Farm owner, and our Camp staff are dedicated to the mission and benefits that summer camp offers. We strive to make sure that every child that spends time at Pony Gang Farm experiences love, acceptance, and fun!
Our Equestrian Overnight cabin gives the girls a feel of home. Our happy campers, along with our Overnight counselor, will share an air conditioned 768 square feet wood cabin right beside one of our barns.
Overnight, Counselors and trainers will together set out for daily adventures, enjoy exciting activities and explore this magical place called Pony Gang Farm.

Job Description:
As a Camp Counselor, you will play a vital role in creating a fun, safe, and engaging camp experience. You will serve as both a cabin counselor and an activity instructor, guiding campers through their daily schedule. Responsibilities include:
Assisting with morning horsemanship activities (grooming, horse care, and riding sessions).
Leading afternoon camp activities, which vary daily and focus on fun, teamwork, and skill-building.
Acting as a positive role model by providing leadership, support, and encouragement to campers.
This is a 5-week program, and counselors will be fully immersed in the camp environment, fostering meaningful connections with campers while enjoying a summer filled with horses, outdoor adventures, and lifelong friendships.
Qualifications:
✔ Must be at least 15 years old
✔ Passion for working with children and creating a positive camp experience
✔ Energetic, caring, and responsible with strong leadership skills
✔ Love for horses and the outdoors
✔ Prior camp or equestrian experience is a plus, but not required!

FAMILY CAMP SESSION(S):
Pony Gang Horse Crazy Camp is offering several Mother & Daughter weekends during the year. The cost for the weekend is $860 for mom and one daughter and $350 for each additional daughter.
This fun-filled weekend with and around horses is open to families with daughters 6 years - 15 years and geared toward first-time or prospective campers.
Mother-Daughter Weekend is designed to give campers a little taste of what camp is about and also give moms an excuse to act like a kid again and enjoy a great weekend with their daughters. Campers and their mothers get a chance to experience different activities that we offer during the summer, such as horseback riding, trick riding, vaulting, horse care, arts and crafts, and a bunch of other fun activities.
We open for registration to a limited number of participants.
YEAR-ROUND PROGRAMS: We offer year around Horseback Riding lessons in Western Riding and English Riding.
