CAMPER AGES: Youth (5-8) and Junior (9-13)
TYPE OF CAMP: Day Camp.

BRIEF CAMP DESCRIPTION: Piano Camp
This camp introduces students to note reading. rhythmic counting, proper piano technique, and dozens of fun, beginner piano songs. No experience necessary. Camp is taught by our Music Director, Ms. Megan Swazuk.
This is a half day Music Camp, which may be paired with Art Camp on the same day for full day camp.
Youth (Ages 5-8) June 1-5 1:00pm-4:00pm
Junior (Ages 9-13) June 1-5 9:00am- Noon

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Megan Swazuk, Voice and Piano Instructor
Megan began singing and playing piano at a very young age. She studied during middle school and high school at Butler University Jordan College of Fine Arts. She later studied at the Indiana University Jacob's School of Music where she graduated with both her BM and MM in Vocal Performance with emphasis in Piano performance, Operatic Studies, Language Studies and Vocal Pedagogy. She is currently performing with the Indianapolis Opera. Megan has gained valuable musical experience form working with world renowned coaches, pianists, performers and conductors. She has experience with teaching all age groups and is able to teach beginning students all the way up to pre-professional musicians. Megan has always had a love for music and loves to share it with others. This is Megan's fourth year as our music instructor. She currently offers private piano and voice classes, as well as, directing our musical theater group.
CAMP SESSION DATES & FEES:
Ignite Your Art: Mooresville Arts -Fine Arts Enrichment Camps
All camp supplies are included in the tuition fee.
Half day camps are $65 a week and may be paired with additional sessions to create full day camp.
