CAMPER AGES: 13-17

TYPE OF CAMP: Day Camp. July 14-17, Tuesday-Friday, 1pm-5pm

CAMPER GENDER(S): Coed Campers.

BRIEF CAMP DESCRIPTION: In this advanced session we will go beyond clicking the shutter to grow a body of work. Through discussion about images and goals, we will help edit and develop each individual’s artwork during the camp. Learn different printing and presentation styles to create accomplished work.

Digital Lab and Darkroom Lab time will be available each day to help develop projects. Discover all of the possibilities to bring your art to life!

Each student will leave with a collection of their artwork made during camp, be featured in an online exhibition at Our Camp Website Link: www.artintersection.com, and have one or more of their images published in the summer student catalogue. Snacks provided.

Students should have some photography work already done on their own OR have taken the Advanced Photography camp at Art Intersection.

CAMP INSTRUCTIONAL ACTIVITIES OFFERED:
Fine Arts/Crafts, Video/Filmmaking/Photography, Computers, and more.

CAMP LOCATION: We are located at Art Intersection, a gallery and learning space located in downtown Gilbert on the Southeast corner of Cullumber and Gilbert roads.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: The camps are taught by the Art Intersection staff who are all working artists themselves.
