CAMP PROGRAM INFO: The summer camp at Middleburg Riding is run by two of the areas most experienced instructors. Teresa Pilegaard is a specialist in teaching beginning riders and is certified to teach therapeutic riding by the PATH Foundation. Jennifer Lee competed at the Olympic level across Europe, and is now conveying her knowledge to her students in the US. Both instructors are patient, kind, and enjoy teaching. They are supported by counsellors who share the same attitudes and philosophy.
The year-round and camp program follows a levels system in which students can easily track their progress and understand what they need to do to progress. With Middleburg Riding's levels system, goal setting is built in to the lessons, both on and off the horse.
