CAMP LOCATION: The Jensen School of Performing Arts dance studio is located in the North valley at 1491 N. Milpitas Blvd, Milpitas, CA. The studio has convenient access to highways 880 and 680, off Jacklin Road, next to the Milpitas Police Dept.
From 680, take the Jacklin Road Exit and head west.
From 880, take the Dixon Landing Road exit and head east.
CAMP FACILITIES: The School features five state of the art studios under one roof. This large facility allows us to offer one of the most extensive and diverse programs in the area. The teaching staff, one of the bay areas finest is comprised of several very talented and devoted instructors. All instructors are certified to teach and members of Dance Masters of America. We at Jensen's strive to provide the community with a family oriented, positive learning environment where students, pre-school thru adult, can experience the exciting world of dance and the performing Arts!

Dance Campers = Students will spend their week long camp full of song, dance and crafts! Campers will learn dances, songs, and create props based on a summer dance theme. Campers will be introduced to the basics of Jazz, Tap, Musical Theater and Ballet through this exciting dance experience! End of camp performance on Friday. Camp shirt provided. $10.00 fee charged for supplies Due on the first day.

Princess Fairy Camp = A week long adventure into the world of ballet and fairies! Each day will bring a new magical experience thru dance, crafts and creative play. The week will end with a special fairy graduation and performance. All dancers will receive wings, crown and wand as they perform in this magical event. $10.00 fee charged for supplies Due on the first dayAll dancers will come to the Studio on Friday, July 18th at 1:00 PM for the final class and rehearsal. Fairy graduation will begin at show 2:00 PM. (dress in your favorite Fairy outfit) Ballet shoes are strongly suggested for class. Ballet Level 1 = This beginning level ballet class will be taught in a traditional and fun manner. Children will learn fundamentals of ballet. They will incorporate the barre and center floor combinations as well as stretching and building body strength.

Talented Tots - This is a creative movement and fun class for toddlers and parents. Children will learn basic dance skills such as skipping, marching and galloping. Class includes singing and dancing. Everyone will have the opportunity for organized play and motor skill development using hula hoops, scarves, beanbags, tunnels, balls, parachutes and much more. This twice a week session greatly enhances the learning experience and serves as a good introduction to the preschool environment. Ages 1-3 -- must be walking

Tiny Stars - This fun and exciting class teaches the fundamentals of both Tap and Ballet along with song and movement. This class is specifically designed for young dancers, and will include basic dance steps and routines. The class is structured to allow young dancers to explore and appreciate the world of dance. Parents may participate however, dancers are encourage to dance on their own. Proper dance attire (Tap and ballet shoes) are encouraged. This twice a week session greatly enhances the learning experience and serves as a good introduction to the preschool environment. A special performance will be held at the end of each session.

All teachers are certified members of Dance Masters of America and/or college educated. Each instructor has the unique ability to create a warm and friendly teaching atmosphere.
