BRIEF CAMP DESCRIPTION: GrassRoots Culture Camp is a 4 day camp, July 16-19, offering exciting workshops in music, dance, visual arts with nightly dinners and dances. Workshops in Fiddle styles, banjo, bass, mandolin, guitar, songwriting, singing, zydeco and cajun dance, cumbia and swing, Appalachian clogging, acrylic painting. CAMP INSTRUCTIONAL ACTIVITIES OFFERED:
Dance, Music/Band, Fine Arts/Crafts, and more.

CAMP LOCATION: We are located right in the town of Trumansburg, 12.9 miles north of Ithaca, NY at the Trumansburg Fairgrounds. Conveniently located just walking distance from the center of town with several eateries and amenities.

CAMP FACILITIES: There is camping on site. Rustic showers, decent bathrooms, a dance tent, several buildings and tents where the workshops take place, a general dining area where dinners only are served.
