BRIEF CAMP DESCRIPTION: Rock out this summer with the Funky Divas & Dudes! Campers will engage in unique specialized activities that encourage self-confidence, social skills, physical health and using their imagination. Dress up in Popstar clothes and make Rockin’ Music Videos! Other activities include: Dance Classes, Fairytale Theatre, TV Commercials, Acting, Games, Face Painting, Arts & Crafts, Theme Days, Beach Play (Santa Monica camp) and More! All campers receive a camp t-shirt and rockin’ video of the weeks performances!
CAMP INSTRUCTIONAL ACTIVITIES OFFERED:
Dance, Theater, Musical Theater, Fine Arts/Crafts, Cheerleading, and more.
CAMP LOCATION: We are located at Joslyn Park Auditorium in Santa Monica, CA. Other camp locations include: Iverbe Dance Camp (Culver City & Pacific Palisades), Summer at Village School (Pacific Palisades), The Summer Institute at CEE (West Hollywood), and City of Santa Monica. Enrollments for these other camps are not done through FD&D. See website for dates & locations.
CAMP FACILITIES: Camp is held in the Auditorium with access to an outdoor playground.
CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Great for Girls & Boys ages 4-10 years old. Camp is located in Santa Monica, or have your own private camp in your yard! Check out our other camps in you neighborhood too! Iverbe Dance Camp (Culver City & Palisades), Summer at Village School (Palisades), Summer Institute at CEE (West Hollywood), and City of Santa Monica.

CAMP LEADERSHIP CIT/LIT PROGRAMS: CIT programs available for ages 10+ at a discounted rate, or for school credit (based on age). Must show good leadership skills and great attitude. Must be interviewed and approved.
YEAR-ROUND PROGRAMS: Be the STAR of your next party! Parties for ALL AGES! Funky Divas & Dudes have created a magical world where children can let their personalities shine! Choose your party theme: Popstar, Princess, Frozen Princess, Fashion Show, Breakdance, Music Video, Pajama & More! Our parties include: Glitter Make-up, Cheek Art, Hair Color, personalized Dance Routine, Games, Prizes & Giveaways for all to keep. You provide the venue and food, and let us do the rest!
Spring Break & Winter Camps available.
We also offer After-school Enrichment Dance Classes and private Dance instruction, taught by industry professionals!
OTHER CAMP INFO: Funky Divas & Dudes have been ROCKIN Los Angeles since 2002! We have a high counselor to camper ratio, giving the campers the benefit of individual attention. Highly trained camp counselors & skilled professional dancers on site daily. Healthy meal plans will be available. We offer sibling discounts. Inquire about Early Bird discount when you enroll online before May 20!
