BRIEF CAMP DESCRIPTION: Our camp focuses on general conditioning, the five tenets of Taekwondo (Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control, Indomitable Spirit), practical self-defense techniques and skills(bullies, strangers, animals), a ton of games, activities, talks and more!
CAMP INSTRUCTIONAL ACTIVITIES OFFERED:
Weightloss, Swimming, Martial Arts, Team Sports, and more. Martial Arts, Life Skills, Taekwondo, Games.
CAMP LOCATION: We are located upstairs in the Terrell's Office Machines building, 215 Haggerty Lane just off the Main Street Interstate exit in Bozeman, MT.
CAMP FACILITIES: A sizable martial arts dojang with great views of the Bridger Mountains.
CAMP PROGRAM INFO: The camps focus on the five tenets of taekwondo: Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control, and Indomitable Spirit and general martial arts training, taught through discussion, self-defense based activities, discussions, games, and drills.
Plus pure fun activities such as games, movies, swimming, and more!
Open to beginners through black belts!
The primary instructor is Mark Austin, 4rd Degree Black Belt WTF Taekwondo, 1st Degree Black Belt Aikijujutsu, 2nd Kyu Gojo-Ryu Jundokan Karate, unranked but years of experience in a dozen other martial arts, owner of Cutting Edge Martial Arts Bozeman and Big Sky.
CAMP SCHOLARSHIPS OR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE: Multi-family member, multi-session, and other discounts available.
YEAR-ROUND PROGRAMS: Kids martial arts and adult martial arts and fitness classes year round.
CAMP SESSION DATES & FEES:
Session I June 15-19th
Session II July 13-17th
Game Design Camp July 20-24th
Session III August 10-14th
Teen(12+) August 17-21st
9am – 5pm M-F. Half-day morning or afternoon sessions are also available.
Camp costs $295($175 half days) per session with family, early-registration, and multi-session discounts. Camp registrations and a $95 initial payment to hold one of the 25 spots each session are due the week before each camp begins. Get $10 off per month before June you register ($5 half-days)!
