OTHER CAMP INFO: Founded in 1942, Buck's Rock is a unique, co-educational, teenage program where campers have the freedom to choose their activities in a supportive, non-competitive environment and work with qualified, professional artists and teachers who nurture and support their skills and interests in professionally equipped studios.

Activities include: Acting and Musical Theater, clowning & improvisation, music, recording studio, dance, technical theater, glassblowing, painting, printmaking, sculpture, metalsmithing, ceramics, computers, leather, video, culinary arts, digital photo, weaving, sewing, batik, bookarts, creative writing, layout & design, sports, animal farm, etc.

We share the principles of Montessori, and have always believed in young peoples' ability to structure their time intelligently and make self-directed choices that tap their inherent interests most productively.
