BRIEF CAMP DESCRIPTION: BB Camp, a Jewish community camp located on the Oregon coast, serves children and adults of all ages and various denominations. Based in Jewish values and open to everyone since 1921, BB Camp is a home away from home for many generations of children in the Pacific Northwest (Oregon, Washington and British Columbia) because of its unique camaraderie. We provide safe, nurturing and fun experiences in a welcoming environment that inspires individual growth and enduring Jewish identity.
SPECIAL NEEDS CAMPERS: Our Inclusive Philosophy: BB Camp is proud to be a boundless Kehila (community) of different ages, denominations, backgrounds, languages, and abilities. When you’re part of a community like this — one that accepts, and encourages everyone’s strengths — it’s life changing. Campers and staff learn about themselves, relating to others, form a family of friends they’ll have for life, and of course, have a lot of fun along the way!

CAMP LOCATION: Nestled along the shores of Devil's Lake and only a few minutes away from the magnificent Oregon coast, BB Camp is an idyllic place to spend a summer. With temperatures averaging 70 degrees and sunny dry days, our location provides an ideal environment to unplug and enjoy the outdoors.
CAMP FACILITIES: Your camper will be warm and comfortable with their cabin-mates overnight in heated NEW double cabins with bathrooms inside. All cabins are within very short proximity to new shower buildings. The cabins sleep approximately 18 campers per cabin, and are divided by gender between the North and South sides of Camp.
CAMP PROGRAM INFO: 100 Years of Friendship and Fun
B’nai B’rith Camp (lovingly known as “BB Camp”) is a rite of passage for thousands of kids, their parents, their grandparents… and yes, even their GREAT grandparents for over 100 years. Generation after generation has loved and longed to return to this ultra-inclusive sanctuary on the stunning Oregon coast.
To Go to BB Camp is to be Obsessed with BB Camp
We welcome you to this magical community that nourishes lifelong friendships, leadership skills, and spiritual growth. All year, kids from the Pacific Northwest and beyond anticipate returning to camp to disconnect from everyday life and reunite with friends, counselors, and staff.
Whether it’s for a day at our day camps or multiple weeks at our overnight camps, we ground everything we do in a perfect combination of fun, meaning, and togetherness, based on Jewish values and rituals. We aim to ensure every child feels seen, heard, safe, and more confident than when they arrived.
Choose Your Own Adventure
On any given day, you’ll find kids and teens boating on Devil’s Lake, challenging themselves on the ropes course, ziplining through the field, or participating in performing arts, crafts, and nature. BB Camp is bursting with activities from the active to the serene, and we always end the week celebrating Shabbat as a camp community.
Our Staff is Our Secret Sauce
BB Camp would not be BB Camp without its campers-turned-counselors who know the culture and ethos of this magical place through and through. Our well-trained, dedicated, and caring staff are crucial to the experience.
Where Diversity Thrives and Belonging Blossoms
BB Camp is proud to be a boundless Kehila (community) of different ages, denominations, backgrounds, languages, and abilities. No matter where you come from or what your background may be, you’ll find a place to belong at BB Camp.
We welcome campers from diverse communities, including those from Russian-speaking and Hebrew-speaking households (with specialized financial aid and grants available!), as well as campers of all ages and abilities. Whether your child has physical disabilities, autism, hearing impairments, visual impairments, learning disabilities, speech or language impairments, or any other unique needs, our team is here to provide the inclusive and supportive environment they deserve.
