BRIEF CAMP DESCRIPTION: We are so excited to work alongside of WorkPlay to bring "Afilm Camp" to Birmingham, Al. Summer Camp will be held at WorkPlay (Downtown Birmingham, Al) for 10 weeks during the summer of 2019! Afilm Camp is exactly what it sounds like! Your students will work together with other students their age to create a short film and in the process learn about filmmaking!

CAMP INSTRUCTIONAL ACTIVITIES OFFERED:
Theater, Video/Filmmaking/Photography, and more.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: A normal day at camp begins with a high-spirited, welcoming staff with a background in children & film. Your first break out session could be anything from composing your own original monologue to creating from scratch a stop-motion animation to share with your friends & family. Then after lunch it may be time for stunt play to burn off a few calories before going in our 10,000 sq ft indoor sound stage so you can work as a team to construct your very own short film by the end of the week...

O, and did we mention that you need NO PRIOR FILM EXPERIENCE??? Because we are priced, poised, & prepared to bring fun to film in a way that any or all children of all ages can enjoy. If this sounds too good to be true & you would like to find out which piece of film equipment fell down & bumped us on our head, shoot us a quick email with questions to contact[AT]afilmcamp.com
