BRIEF CAMP DESCRIPTION: o Learn with the worms! We invite your child to come spend the day at 5Heart Earthworm Farm. At our day camp, your child will get the opportunity to be a worm scientist for the day and learn about what worms do for us and the planet. Our environmental educators will help students explore the worm farm, see the worms in action and learn how their actions can make an impact on our environment. After spending the day with us, your child will gain a new appreciation for our wiggly friends and playing in the dirt.
CAMP INSTRUCTIONAL ACTIVITIES OFFERED:
Science, Academics, Wilderness/Nature, and more. Sustainability & Composting
CAMP LOCATION: We're located in Birch Run, Michigan, easily accessible off of I-75, between Flint and Saginaw.
CAMP FACILITIES: The farm is situated in a rural setting surrounded by farm fields and woods with walking trails. We have two barns for indoor activities, one equipped with running water and a restroom.
CAMP PROGRAM INFO: What to expect: fun and educational activities including a nature trail walk, worm science, crafts and more * outdoor day camp rain or shine. Dress for the weather. Walking trails (physical activity) Farm environment, natural setting.
Lunch break included. Please bring your own lunch. Snacks will be provided.

- Gain appreciation of the natural world
- Learn ways to reduce waste in their lives What makes healthy soil- connect to food

SUMMER CAMP JOBS:
