BRIEF CAMP DESCRIPTION: All Skill Levels!
Join us for our 10-day Summer Stock Experience where your children will experience the whirlwind of real summer stock theatre! Young performers will learn all about set design, costume design, stage combat and more as they take workshops from the masters and design and create their own production! In this fast paced, exciting and educational program, young actors will have only two weeks to audition, rehearse, and perform a musical in a real Off-Broadway Theatre all while taking workshops with Broadway Actors!
Workshops with Broadway Actors Include:
• Stage Combat
• Stage Makeup
• Commedia
• Set Design
• Costume Design
When players are not rehearsing or taking workshops, they will take acting and dance classes to hone their skills. In only two weeks, they will have learned all about designing a production and put on an amazing show!
CAMP INSTRUCTIONAL ACTIVITIES OFFERED:
Dance, Theater, Musical Theater, and more.
CAMP LOCATION: In the heart of Manhattan. 1 block away from Penn Station.
CAMP FACILITIES: Professional Broadway Rehearsal Studio.
